Empty Collections in Nvidia Shield

I've setup Collections in Emby server on my QNAP NAS. I can list the movies in collections in Emby Theater for Windows client app but not in NVidia Shield. In "My Media" on the Home screen I get the Collections image and I can click on it but it is empty on the Shield. Any ideas?

Hi.  Is it the same user on both devices?

 

If you go into a movie library, do the collections show there?

Hi, I can confirm the following.

 

Logged in as Admin on both devices.

 

Emby Theatre for Windows:

Home page, My media, Collections library  show all collections.

My Media, Movies library, Collections tab is empty

 

NVidia Shield:

Home page, My media, Collections library is empty

My Media, Movies library, Collections tab is empty

To be honest I don't mind uninstalling Emby and starting again but I'm afraid of Emby deleting all my media whilst I do this. Whenever I want to remove something in Emby it always seems to want to delete my media also. I really wish it wouldn't do this.
