My Emby server is asking to setup emby. Oh S**t

I am running MacOs 10.13.6 - Mac mini
And latest version of emby server.
All has been working well for months until this morning.
I was having problems creating and adding to a new playlist so I restarted ember server.

When starting embryo server I get the quick setup browser screen.
Have I some how lost my library?

EDIT: I was going to upload a log but this is strange which log would be helpful?

sorry should have mentioned that i tried that before i posted.

nothing i have tried has worked so i just started over.

 

My back up was so old that it was worthless.

Any idea what could have caused this or how to prevent it?

Is it possible you may have deleted the server's program data folder?

no, it was all present. but it acted like it could not see it.

the only thing new i was doing was adding music for the first time.

The only thing I can think of is that the server configuration file must have become corrupted. Let's see if it happens again. Thanks.
