Only convert previously unconverted files

I have a lot of movies or TV shows I've ran over already with convert, but haven't watched yet. Is it possible to track which episodes/movies emby has already converted, in order to prevent converting them multiple times? Not only does it take a while longer than necessary, but I can't imagine it helps the quality of the file much.

No. I only have one convert job running, but it always took a while so I thought it was converting them all again. Am I incorrect?
