Emby Premium Key funktioniert nicht mehr

ich musste leider meinen Server neu aufsetzen leider funktioniert seit dem mein Premium Key nicht mehr obwohl die Automatische Zahlung durchgegangen ist. Vllt kann sich einer der offiziellen mal des Themas annehmen. Vielen Dank

In the mail stands that is expired 4.12.2018 but i ve paid today with autorenew on itunes

Hi.  If it just renewed today in the app store then it may be tonight before their information and ours syncs up.

 

We pad our expiration dates to keep this from happening but, perhaps, the renewal at iTunes was several days behind...

 

Please let us know if it isn't working tomorrow morning.

By app, it be paid by my monthly telefon bill like everything that i purchase in the itunes store!

Okay, specifically, with our iOS app I assume?

 

When you first did that did everything work or did we have to help you with it manually?

 

I'm going to manually extend your subscription for now but, for the future, it may work better for you to cancel the iTunes subscription and re-purchase next month via our web site.  It will be cheaper for you.
