Xbox One X - 4K Content

Hi,

 

New user to emby (ex plex user) on my xbox one x I've installed emby theater and for all my HD content things seem just fine but when I try to play 4k content the audio is just fine but the picture simply isn't - it is highly fragmented, stuttery and unwatchable.

 

The video is 4K HEVC, Audio is TRUEHD 7.1 - Server IS transcoding - plays fine in the Samsung app 1.0.29 on my Q8FN

 

Server is 3.5.3.0

XboX One X app is 1.1.238.70

Ticster,  Can I ask if the video file you're trying to watch is compressed or an MKV Remux?

Same issue, Purchased Emby last night to use with Xbox one X. No 4k content plays correctly
