I don't support the beta channel. So If it's related to that, you'll have to wait for the release

The plugin doesn't keep any data, It only aggregates it. So you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it without worry of loss data

I've never seen this error. If the json files are locked by something else it would fail to load and the plugin would silently crash because it needs those files to display. I'm guessing you've rebooted the server to no avail?

ok, i honestly do not know if it is because of the beta or not, i am kinda stuck on beta till the next stable release then i can stop being on beta.

the server has been rebooted many times so its def not that... i have a few programs for deleting and unlocking files so i checked that file and it shows that it is not being locked or used by another program... im very lost here on what the issue is.. i really doubt my server and user base has gotten to big for the plugin to handle, im pretty sure there are people with larger library then me. either way i just wish we could figure out the issue.

Can you turn on debug logging, cycle the logs, run the all user task, the DM me the log file?

i probably can do that yeah... real fast though i decided to look back into my "Alerts" history/log on emby and seen that it started failing calculating statistics after the update to 3.3.2.0, before that is was fine... so should i try uninstalling then re-install the version before that?

Go for it. Might tell us if it's the plugin or a change to the server.

ok, so i did that and restarted yadda yadda, i am running the scheduled task of calculating all statistics currently, its at 12% so im just gonna watch and wait to see if it completes or fails. now how do i stop emby from updating the plugin automatically because it already gave me the notification that it was updated and i need to restart emby again. OBV im not restarting but yeah... and i noticed the version 3.3.2.0 was when you removed the specials or something like that. but yeah as im typing it is now at 20% already

well the statistics scan is at 88% currently and has been there for a good while now, but it aint failing so ill just keep waiting it out. In other news though i went to the statistics page and am able to see user statistics once again. but now its just a matter of figuring out why it started failing after your update to 3.3.2.0... geez i just realized its been having issues for over a year now, i forgot we were in 2026 and this update was February 10 of 2025..... ok edit... just finished the statistics scheduled task without fail.
