Edit User Profile on remote connection results in spinning wheel

Hi everyone,

 

I'm brand new to Emby, and so ready to get started with it. I'm setting it up on a Windows Server 2012 machine, and have so far completed the setup wizard and gone through some basic configuration. When I try to edit my only user in the Server -> Users menu though, it sits on the profile information page with a spinning circle, and it never loads the profile information for editing. If I go to this same page directly on my server (using IE in Secure Mode), it loads just fine. On my remote computer, I'm using Firefox 63.0.3 but the same thing also happens if I user Edge.

 

It seems like the common denominator here is accessing the site remotely, but what could be causing a bug like this to happen? Please find a sample log of a session loading the page - nothing really notable as far as I can see.

It looks like since I've added a second user, the problem no longer occurs. Maybe this had something to do with it?
