Feature request: Better GUI when mapping channels

When manually mapping a large list of channels, it can be difficult to know which ones have already been mapped. As you can see from my list, the call signs on the left don't always match the ones on the right. It would be nice if each one on the right that's already been mapped could have a check mark next to them (just like if you select a channel from the left that's already mapped), or better yet just make them grayed out (but still selectable).
