Chapter image extraction hanging

Hi, 

My Emby is working great as a movie server!  One thing I've noticed is that it can download images and CC with no problem. but If I kick off the "chapter image extraction" then it seems to hang. (Movies still play fine, but that process sits a .1%)  I rotated the log file (starting a new log) to get just this to show. I restarted the emby service and tried to start the chapter image extraction.  Looking at the log (attached), I'm wondering if maybe its an issue with file permissions (maybe? that's just a guess). 

 

Any ideas? I've attached the log file. definitely let me know if more is needed. 

 

(and to jump ahead a little, "scan media library" seems to also have an issue hanging at 96% but I havnt started that and grabbed the log file yet. I wanted to tackle one problem at a time.)

Hi, this is something that can take a very long time, as you were warned of when you enabled it. I would just be patient and give it more time. Thanks.

no problem. Its not hurting anything as it still serves movies great.  I'll let it run for a week and see if it gets progress.
