Can't play bluray ISO when transcoding

I have found that recently (may be in last 10 days), the Bluray ISOs are failing to play when streaming from another machine ie transcoding (chrome browser or Roku). I know it used to work fine before and I could watch the entire movie (even a 3D bluray in 2D). It is strange as playing those ISOs from local computer (same as server) works fine. The transcoding log does not come up, as I think the server is getting an error and is not passing the job to ffmepg.

 

Server version:3.0.5222.22923

Media type: Movies

Log file attached for the error event.

 

Please let me know if there is more information required.

perhaps some critical media info is missing. try refreshing that title from the editing interface.
