markdj 49 Posted January 4, 2019 Author Posted January 4, 2019 Well, so far it works for all my missing and incomplete collections. Blaming - symbols.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Fixed it. The naming apparently matters. Naming the video differently has solved the issue. Well, so far it works for all my missing and incomplete collections. Blaming - symbols. Sorry I am not understand your fix. What did you change?
markdj 49 Posted January 4, 2019 Author Posted January 4, 2019 Try removing the -'s in the filenames. All my missing/incomplete entries had -'s in them.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 Try removing the -'s in the filenames. All my missing/incomplete entries had -'s in them. You mean the multi version naming scheme " - "? If so I will have to do more test with the multi versioning naming scheme.
Luke 42078 Posted January 4, 2019 Posted January 4, 2019 So this is only happening with multi version movies?
markdj 49 Posted January 4, 2019 Author Posted January 4, 2019 (edited) Not really, as far as I can tell. I had multi version movies, but removed them later on (so only 4K versions remained). But I didn't change the naming. So when I finally removed the '-'s yesterday and updated the metadata the collection recognized them again. So I think it's really the - symbol(s).
