What's up with the premium subscription being lost????

I went into my android TV box (shield and Jetstream) and I go to live TV and it won't let me, gives me some

crap message that I need to pay 6.49 to enable premium features....I have a recuring monthly subscription so

why am I being barred from using the "premium" features?

 

Is this happening to anyone else?  I seem to have lost recordings because of this as well.....

Hi.  Also are you connected to your server with the Premiere subscription or someone else's?
