Is there a way to not use images for Library categories?

ie: TV Shows, Movies, Recordings, Live TV, etc etc

 

I just want a plain colored box, instead of these 4 striped images gathered from media within. Part of  the issue is, it's duplicating a lot of stuff and grabbing images that are not very good looking... so I'd prefer to just have it as a plain colored "TV Shows" and "Movies".

 

Every time I delete the image, it just eventually replaces it again and it looks awful.

Only way to stop the dynamic images is providing you own custom images.

Hi there, instead of deleting it what you can do is customize it by supplying your own image of choice. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks !

I don't have an image that would fit exactly (not sure what the dimensions, etc are that would be required), or really, any kind of images that would be appropriate for all of the different categories. 

 

Is this something that could be eventually added as an option somewhere? Perhaps in the "manage library" advanced options [ ] checkbox for do not use dynamic images (default off, so it uses it like you want by default, but others could turn it off if desired)?

 

Edit: i see it's 640x360 now in the options, but still, I don't have an appropriate image
