Video thumbnails missing in personal media library

I can't find out how to show a preview of the video as thumbnail for the videos in my personal media library.

 

Picture folders show a preview as expected.

 

I tried looking for a solution in the wikis and on the forum but couldn't find it.

Hi there, check the settings for each of your video libraries and make sure the screen grabber image provider is enabled.

I did that but didn't correctly rescan the library. I thought I did. Sorry about that, and thanks for the answer in under 2mn (!)

Try refreshing metadata on one of those titles, then attach the emby server log. Thanks.
