[Trakt.tv] Syncing library to trakt.tv does note remove items removed the library

I have the "sync library to trakt.tv" schedule to run every 4h and all my library items are properly collected on my Trakt.tv profile. However, when I delete a movie from my Emby library (the movie is also deleted from the disk), that task does not sync deleted status. This means that a deleted movie from my library will remain "collected" on my trakt.tv profile.

 

AFAIK, this used to work properly. Can this behavior be restored or perhaps introduce an option to control what to do.
