Fix Remote Control Volume Behaviour

If I hold down the remote vol down key too long the volume reduces to zero (as expected) but then jumps to FULL VOLUME and blows your head off! (highly undesirable)

 

Surely pressing vol down when on zero volume should not set the volume to MAX. Is it possible to ad an IF statement to stop this highly undesirable behaviour?

I don't use the app volume, and I can't test it for a while.

Yeah, he's right. If you hold down F9, it just keeps cycling around. All the way to zero then back to full volume.
