problem fetching data and media

when i try to update the database movies with ä (ae), ü (ue) or ö (oe) are ignored.

is it possible to convert these letters bevore searching in the net by the server?

that's not actually an issue of searching the internet. that means you have a shortcut file (lnk) pointing to that file and we're unable to find it.

what exactly do you mean? i´ve not found any information about boxset shortcuts.

 

the files which are not processed are in the same type of organisation like the other files who are prcessed.

ok if you're not using those as boxset shortcuts, then the message doesn't mean anything. in which case we need to start over with a detailed description of the problem, full logs, screenshots, etc. thanks.

all the files are on their places and can acessed via network and eplorer.

right but ifyou're intending to use them as boxset shortcuts they do need to follow the conventions listed in the library wiki.
