Series Options not being saved

On some shows, I only want to keep a couple of the most recent episodes.

 

For example, The Premiership and Question Time, I only want to keep the last 5 episodes. But it doesn't seem to have a save option and when i go back into the setting it has reverted back to keep as many as possible.

 

Also If I set record new episodes only it reverts back to All Episodes.

 

This is both on the Windows 10 server /client machine and on another client machine
