Stuck on Restore Screen

Hi, I moved to new server but i am not able to restore my users from old server

Its stuck on the restore screen for 1 hour now please check screenshot

 

I am using chrome browser.

Hi Luke, I uploaded the backup into a folder /backup/Emby Backup - 2018-11-21 12.10.0 - Auto

 

In the settings I choose the /backup folder 

then click on the current backup /Emby Backup - 2018-11-21 12.10.0 - Auto

 

and its stuck
