SenorSmartyPants 4 Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 The vast majority of season pages on the Roku come up blank. Go to All Shows, select a show, click down to the season poster, click on the poster. "Season X" will display on title of app, outline for 1 episode thumbnail will display briefly and then disappear. 80% of screen is empty. There is nothing to click on, no episodes, no text Emby for Roku 3.0.111 Emby server Version 3.6.0.65 beta I have a couple of rare shows that are exceptions to this, but I have not figured out why. Luke 42078 Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 Hi, how does this compare to the web app?
SenorSmartyPants 4 Posted November 27, 2018 Author Posted November 27, 2018 Web app shows all seasons with out issue.
Luke 42078 Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 Ok thanks. @@speechles it's probably just a matter of comparing requests.
Happy2Play 9780 Posted November 27, 2018 Posted November 27, 2018 Does same thing happen on the Roku Beta channel (3.0.124)?
SenorSmartyPants 4 Posted November 28, 2018 Author Posted November 28, 2018 Yes, Beta does this as well. Just tested. Every series I tested did not display any information on the season page except for 2. Doctor Who (2005) Season 11 and all the Venture Bros seasons displayed. I think these might be the only series I have in trakt with a specials season (or more than one season...). Just tested some more and found a couple more series that displayed correctly. Both had only one season. I did just notice a different issue with the Venture Bros seasons. Unwatched counts on the season poster match the web, but specials are not displayed in the season which they are on the web (because I have that option enabled). That's something that should be updated as well.
speechles 2055 Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Ok thanks. @@speechles it's probably just a matter of comparing requests. Yep. Was a matter of switch from /items to /episodes like you figured. @@SenorSmartyPants All those issues are related to the same bug. I just submitted a fix for this bug. It will be in the beta version soon.
ebr 16174 Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Just out of curiosity, did the ones that worked have actual season folders in the file system and the ones that didn't not?
SenorSmartyPants 4 Posted November 28, 2018 Author Posted November 28, 2018 I think they may have, yes. Just out of curiosity, did the ones that worked have actual season folders in the file system and the ones that didn't not?
Happy2Play 9780 Posted November 28, 2018 Posted November 28, 2018 Since I was unable to produce this I was wonders the exact folder structure also. I only tested with Shows\Series\Season x\episode.ext structure.
SenorSmartyPants 4 Posted November 28, 2018 Author Posted November 28, 2018 I have many shows that I watch and delete and they get a folder structure like this. Shows\Series\episode.ext
