Plugin Catalog: Not Showing:

Hi Have tried to access the Plugins catalog on both my windows machine and via android but all I get is spinning wheel

(on windows machine get an error message:) 

Check for plugin updates failed

Hi.  It looks like your server cannot access either our servers or the internet in general.
