Do you have any other security software installed?

I have Kaspersky Internet Security

Ok, so that has a firewall as well. Did you check windows firewall, or Kaspersky? Chances are one of the two is blocking the port.

You have the local http port set at 80. Mine was default at 8096. The local https port by default should be 8920, not 8096 as yours is.

  1. No, it's not.
  2. I can locally using my computer (which I set up the server from), but I can't access the server from any other device either locally or remotely!
  3. No, I'm not.
  4. I didn't quite understand what you mean with that question, sorry.
  5. I tried it, didn't work

So what to do now to fix the problem? :(

Ok... just because you opened port 8096 doesn't mean it goes anywhere after that?  Which port did you forward 8096 to?  Based on your original screen shot, 8096 should be forwarded to port 80 on your server.  If you changed it back to defaults, then 8096 would need to be forwarded to 8096 on your server.  The reason you couldn't access your server locally is because you're probably putting/defaulting to 8096 everywhere when you should be putting in 80 (assuming you still have it set to 80).  Just change everything back to 8096 for HTTP and 8920 for HTTPS and start over from there w/ your forwards/connections.

I did, I changed them back to default and I forwarded 8096 to 8096 but it won't work, everything seems to be right I don't know where the issue is :(

This is going to kill me!!

remove everything and start over.  who knows what tweak you've made from the vanilla install at this point.

If you start over ensure you remove all the firewall rules so the can be recreated also.
