Actor MetaData Date Information

I am having a strange issue with Metadata I have manually added for Actors.

 

For manually entered date information - what is displayed for the actor will always be 1 day different than what is actually entered in the Metadata. It only does this for dates I manually enter. If it is downloaded dates - it displays correctly.

 

Has anyone else seen this behavior? I searched "Actor" but didn't come across any posts about the date information..

 

I am running Version 3.5.3.0 of Emby. I've not installed from scratch for a VERY long time...
