Not able to watch movies

Hi,

I saw the interface of emby and I loved what I saw. So, I installed emby, and all my media files came across with ease. The problem I have is when I click a movie to play the loading icon keeps on spinning (loading for long periods). When I was with plex I didn't have any of those issues, so maybe I'm thinking its something I must have missed.

If someone can help me out that would be great.

Hi, did you follow the installation instructions to drag emby into your macos applications folder? If you didn't then that would cause this.
