pylor 0 Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 Not a big deal, and sorry if this isn't the correct subforum, but is there anyone I can PM about putting the wrong email address in the paypal payment box? I noticed today that I got a receipt for mcebuddy but not mediabrowser which means I probably won't be able to get my code. Again, not a huge deal (I use very little plugin-wise), but I kind of wanted the little gold thing in my browser when I visited the dashboard.
ebr 16169 Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 You put the wrong email where? We use the email that is attached to the PayPal account you use to process the payment - not anything you type in during the process.
pylor 0 Posted April 17, 2014 Author Posted April 17, 2014 I didn't/don't actually use a paypal account, I just use the payment without an account option. In the field I believe I put the wrong email address down (apparently I missed a letter?) as I didn't get a receipt from paypal like I usually do.
