Random Playback Stopping

That could be due to no tuner available. Anyway, much of that has been cleaned up and improved for the upcoming 3.6 release. Thanks.

Do you know when 3.6 will be released in the stable channel? I am hesitant to switch to beta because I want to switch to your new epg I just don't know what changes I will need to make for it to match up channels automatically. Which took me a few weeks to get it down for schedules direct.

Thanks,

Kaecey

Hopefully soon. We're going as fast as we can. Thanks.

Try enabling the stream looping option on the m3u tuner. Thanks.

Is this still happening?

I apologize for the delayed response. Yes it is.

Are you sure it's just not a problem in the source stream?

KingKoopa08

Yes very confident. How I know this is I load the stream on my desktop. Then I load the stream on emby the stream stops on emby but continually plays on both hls extension on chrome and vlc player.

I'm just butting in here to concur with KingKoopa08 that my IPTV streams randomly stop playing in Emby and just go to a black screen but this does not happen in VLC.

Is there anything else we can look at?

does this happen in the web app?

I want to say yes but don't specifically remember. I will try that today and see what I come up with.

Thanks man!

If it is easier to help troubleshoot. I wouldn't have a problem sharing some of the streams with you to try if you can debug easier on your end. Not that I am saying you have to just throwing that out there.

@@Luke,

I just tested on web app vs my mi box (android tv latest update). Web app no issue. Android TV did have the issue.

what if you lower the quality setting in the android tv app so that the server does a full transcode?

KingKoopa08

Yeah, I tried that and it still happens. One thing I didn't mention prior are my streams are HLS streams. Not sure if that makes a difference in troubleshooting.
