Missing Network logos/thumbnails

When viewing my Shows->Network there are a couple networks with no thumbnails. I checked https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Emby.Resources/blob/master/images/imagesbyname/studiothumbs.txt to make sure I just wasn't getting them for some reason.

 

Completely missing

CBS All Access

DC Universe

 

TVDB is reporting The Daily Shows' network as "Comedy Central (US)" now. There is a "Comedy Central" studiothumb in emby but this is not getting used.

I found a DC Universe logo

The Comedy Central one that's already is the correct one for the US, there just needs an entry point to the same file. Or however is best.

Are there thumbnail guidelines for the thumbnail dimensions, aspect ratio, etc?

What is the right way to do this?  TVDB has add the "(US)" to a lot of networks.  Me personally just go to the \metadata\Studio folder and copy the existing network folder and add "(US)".

 

You have the Genre plugin also to map the two networks (Comedy Central (US) and Comedy Central) together also.

If there is some request to create a logo feel free to post on this tread and I'll do my best to get it. If you have a high quality PNG or SVG file of it it would be much faster. Most of the logos I have contributed have a black background (as I have a dark themed setup on my server)... anyways I'll be glad to help.

I think we have that screen hard-coded to prefer thumb because that's what we're currently providing. We'd have to add the view options to it like we have on other screens.

So you would like a option to change view on Networks tab.  Primary or Thumb

yea that's why the view options aren't currently there because it seems like there would be no point if almost nobody has those images.

Yeah, that makes sense. I just noticed I had some images missing, found this collection ( https://is.gd/7rHSoS ), went to fill in the blanks but the server wouldn't display them, thought it was a glitch. I can certainly live with just the thumbs.
