Please download the apk file from Chrome on the Android and make sure that the "Unknown Resource" under Security (Marshmallow & Nougat) is enabled, installed the apk by tap the downloaded file, when installed, your app will add "Emby Media Server", start the app.

 

The Function need WIFI connected, and check your phone IP by your WIFI network provided, use the other client browser under same subnet with "http:/192.168.***.***:8096/" (for example) will enter the emby server on android phone, thanks!

 

In my opinion, the LTE or GSM connection won't let the phone connected by other client unless the dynamic DNS is configured successfully.
