Random tv episodes naming convention

I've got some random tv documentaries not affiliated with a series that I'd like to include in a tv library. I've put them all in a folder with a custom series name.

 

I know "02 Episode Name.avi " is acceptable naming convention, but I may end up with more than 100 episodes in this folder. Can I use this instead?

 

002 Episode Name.avi 

 

Also, can I use this for seasons?

 

Season 1 - Nature

Season 2 - Archaeology
