Can not connect to devices

Hi so I am slow and not so savy. Anyway

I downloaded emby on my computer. set up the account. I have uploaded my music and movies to the dashboard. Yesterday

From my phone, I was able to play the music. OK. 

 

Today... When I loged into my phone it didnt work,  it showed me the icon, laptop, name etc. (which was my server) When I selected it to connect to my server
Nothing happened..... Said Server couldn't be found

 

Server connection asks

port 8096
Other option myserver.com or 192.168.1.100
I wasn't sure what to type

 

Anyway I uninstalled the app and now on my android phone I need to add all my info.

Sign in with Emby Connect

Please help me, please explain how I connect to my server which is my computer. 
On my computer I have the app that is my emby server.

Sorry if I confused you but how do I connect my devices to my server. I was under the belief that my server is the program I downloded

Media Browser Server App? Once I open this and its left on, I should be able to connect my devices but I can not. I did yesterday.

Help
