How do i connect my samsung to my cloud server?

uh, if your server is off, it can't serve files.  How do you envision this working?

No my files are on a server... that is connected 24-7... on my phone it states the server is my laptop... so if my computer is off it wont work. I want to use my server as the server

So i dropped my files on a server at home. I want my phone to pull files from external server not my computer.

When i change server settings

It says failed... confused as you can see. Want to know how dobi change setting on phone or via other device to pull from my wd server

Ok. The server is installed on my laptop. Which is pullimg network files from my wd cloud... issue now is i cant connect my devices. My Samsung to the server.

How do i connect to the server via devices... phone, tablet... i login but when it asks for server info.. i don't know how to connect

Why are you binding the IP address?  That's not even a complete IP address.  What is the complete IP address of your server?  That's the info your Emby clients need to connect to.

On the Emby server admin page it tells you what your server IP is.  That's the IP you need to put into your Emby client(s).  Your WD has nothing to do w/ this since you're running the server on your laptop.

This is what I got? So on my Samsung login.

 I put port 8096
and these numbers above I tried both sets and it says Server failure.

What do I need to type in exactly?

Now its empty?
