ET (PC) Scrolling

Not sure this is a "Feature" request, so this might get moved, but it certainly does not belong in Web App CSS where it is being discussed for the web app.

 

With Luke's changes in 61 and with @@Happy2Play offering more tweaks, the web app has been improved with the removing of the Good for Touch, Bad for Mouse horizontal scrolling, but was wondering if there was anything I could do for ET to make it stop? I am 99.9% sure I cant, so I would like to request that it becomes an option or to flat out go away in ET for PC
