Emby not picking up new files in specific folder

I have an odd issue.  I have 5 or 6 libraries and I have subfolders under those separating them out further.

for example

Sports (library - p:\sports)

     NCAAF (folder - p:\sports\ncaaf)

     College Basketball (folder - p:\sports\cbb)

etc

For some reason I can not get my college basketball to pick up any newly added seasons or game files automatically.  If I copy the nfo from other season folders and files and modify them to match the new stuff, Emby will pick them up.  It only occurs in the CBB folder under sport.  All other subfolders under sports, works as expected.  All other libraries work as expected.  I do have the sports libraries locked so metadata doesn't change, but that set to everything in the sports folder and the others still work ok.  Is there a flag I set somewhere that broke the basketball library?

Hi, can you show us how you set these up in emby library setup? thanks.

I'm not sure how this is going to show up.  The sports jpegs are the library setup.  The college football one is a folder in the same library that works as expected.  The UNC jpegs are pictures showing the files in explorer, and not showing up in Emby.  As soon as a copy an NFO file to the mount union UNC folder in explorer, the season and game will show up in Emby.

So does your TV library match the structure:

\Library Root\ Series folder\ Season folder\ Episode.mkv

That is our recommended structure. If you are using nested folders you will probably run into trouble.
