Minimum recording duration

Think it might be handy to have a minimum recording duration of say 10 seconds, as I seem to have quite a few short recordings where I may have accidentally managed to click on record instead of stop or pause and then told it to stop recording again quite quickly.

 

Maybe some of these are actually from hitting pause while watching tv and they're short buffer segments ? If so it would be nice to get rid of these automatically also (unless its done automatically of course).
