Date added from dir date rather than file date

Is the above possible to choose somehow? I have no idea why it is so, but the dir creation date is correct.

However the .mkv file (rar2fs) in some cases have a date far in to the future (2098 2097 etc).

 

Is there any way to populate the date added to the metadate database (and then for sorting in the view) from the dir date instead of what file date?

nevermind, upgraded to rar2fs 1.27 which added the option:

--date-rar              use file date from main archive file(s)
