My Emby server is working fine, but it won't detect one Harry Potter movie

Hi 

My emby server (Centos 7 / v 3.5.2.0) is running nicely, but for some bizarre reason I can't work out why it won't add HP Deathly Hallows Pt2 to the library. 

I have every other HP movie and this is the only one that simply gets ignored. 

It's named exactly like this:

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.m4v

 

 

Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 1 is detected just fine and is named exactly the same, bar the 2 being 1. I've search all over the library for any possible unrecognised files and I just can't see any trace of it. Don't see anything in the logs either. Can I add it manually or at least can someone tell me how to debug this ?

Without going into details of every single file , it's essentially this:

 

All movies are in this directory as individual files (majority m4v)

 

/MEDIA/Movies/Hollywood/ 

 

Photos are in here, with each album under a sub folder

/MEDIA/Photos/

That's about it..

Just searched through the log again and found this:

2018-11-02 17:55:18.208 Info App: Setting provider id's to item 0521ef78-4e26-b11b-e238-9f5598ec902c-Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2: {"Tmdb":"12444"}


Surely this means it's in the Library somewhere right? How can I find it?

Can you please provide more detail of an example, such as the complete folder contents? thanks.
