nfo files in media folder

Hi there,

 

my emby runs fine over a year.

starting a few weeks ago *.nfo files were placed in my movie folder.

 any idea how i can disable this?

Hi, you can turn this off in the same place you enabled it, by unchecking the Nfo metadata saver in your settings for each library. This is off by default, so it's only happening because you turned it on.

ah ok, thanks, seems to be that i enabled unconsciously

can i delete the created .nfo files?
