Seasonal Themes (Spooky)

Not sure where to put this as I think it applies across Servers and Apps alike but since I use Windows Emby Server I'll put it here.

First off Kudos on this year's Spooky Suggestions in the Halloween Theme!

Is there a way to do this for Christmas?

For whatever reason a "Christmas" Genre is frowned upon but I've gone through and tagged all such content as both "Christmas" and "Holiday" in the metadata manager which is a bit of a PITA but it's done now.

Any way for Emby to do this?

Hi.  Try setting your theme in the Android TV app to "Holidays" and see what happens...

Okay. I will. So there's seasonal and holidays now? This I did not know.

Both Holidays and Halloween have been there for two or three years now I think...

Nevermind...found it. For those with the same question you have to login -->  click the burger in the upper left --> Settings --> Display --> Uncheck "Allow automatic seasonal themes".

Somehow 'raising the dead' seems fitting here. 🎃 When did the Halloween theme get retired?

I still see it in the old Android TV app.

Not on my phone, or any other client I use. Has the option been moved & I didn't get the memo? Not the end of the world, but it was novel.

Yes I don't see it on my android phone either.

Really like it, one of many the reasons I still the old "soon to be retired" android tv app.
