issues with Halloween theme noise

on the android TV app, seasonal themes are enabled by default. the Halloween theme is making a loud and disturbing werewolf howling noise that has scared several children who are just trying to access their kids only accounts on my server. now I'm having to frantically send emails telling Parents to turn the feature off.

 

it makes the noise even on limited kids only accounts that have clear parental access restrictions and have absolutely nothing to do with horror movies.

Also I would like to suggest bit rate options in the android TV at between 5 and 10 K. that is a pretty big gap for some people. Maybe 7.5 K or 7 and 9K. thanks.

I apologize. We've been using the howl for a few years with without many complaints.

Without many complaints? This has been a recurring thing for many years now, with people asking for a global off button. Having Emby suddenly change behavior is upsetting and causes lots of needles user frustration/support. Never mind that the seasonal theme is for something that is not even relevant at all for any users outside the US.

Turn off Seasonal Themes in the settings.

 

Never mind that the seasonal theme is for something that is not even relevant at all for any users outside the US.
