Heckler 147 Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 (edited) When I updated the other day... well it was 2 updates one after another with Version 3.0.5211.41935 being the last one. I noticed a couple of days later that changes had been made to my metadata settings. Specifically the movie image settings (not trailers or collections), it never altered anything else. I am quite specific about what image data I want, and can say with absolute certainty that before the updates, it was correct. Please see the 2 pics for before and after images. The only reason I noticed was because I'd added some new movies, and one of them had the incorrect rating (hadn't picked up the GB one) and I went into the metadata to correct it. Whilst there I checked on the images to see if there were any more suitable... and that's when I noticed images that shouldn't have been there. Edited April 13, 2014 by Heckler
Heckler 147 Posted April 15, 2014 Author Posted April 15, 2014 @@Luke @@CBers can anyone shed any light on this? Is this something that will happen every time there's an upgrade? Will I have to go through and check every single setting each time to make sure nothing has been changed?
Luke 42078 Posted April 15, 2014 Posted April 15, 2014 i have not seen anyone else report this so right now i'm not really aware of any issue.
Heckler 147 Posted April 17, 2014 Author Posted April 17, 2014 I'm assuming that only people who have unselected the items I have would be affected, it didn't change anything else in the metadata settings. There's nothing in the updates that would reset anything to defaults?
