m3u URL for Tv

I am looking for a m3u url or file that I can use to watch live tv (Western Europe) with emby but I am afraid of bogus/fake whatever links that could compromise my system.

 

Is there a way ot extract m3u url form a legit iptv service like zattoo, teleboy, or somthing?

Or can anyone point to a secure way of obtaining such a playlist?
