Hi @@Volkmar

Can you attach your most recent server log, that includes the tests you've run above, as there's not much to go on in the previous log.

Thanks for the log, I'll have a look now, I would not expect an uninstall/reinstall to make any difference.

I guess I've found something:

it seems it's anything with TheMovieDB because even I've entered the IMDB Id, the result page was black, I've tried this at 4 different movies. By trying the 5th movie I've got a result, so maybe it's an external issue.

However, to apply the changes an update the movie takes nearly ages (up to 5 minutes) and there is still the issue with library picture.

Hi @@Volkmar

I can see the requests in the log now, for example:-

https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=f6bd687ffa63cd282b6ff2c6877f2669&query=Prophezeihung&language=de
https://private.omdbapi.com?apikey=fe53f97e&plot=full&r=json&s=Prophezeihung&type=movie
https://image.tmdb.org/t/p/original/XcxWkShvuanQwLDE2Iz4JCq1QX.jpg
...which you can load in a browser and see the result. There are some errors relating to OpenSubtitles, due to the request rate...
Error getting response from https://api.opensubtitles.org/xml-rpc
System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (429) Too Many Requests.
...but nothing to worry about in particular, they're usually transient.

You can scan through the log for similar entries and confirm if the metadata is actually available. How have you got your library configured?

does the browser debug console show any errors?

Posted (edited)

beside the opensubtitle errors unfortunately not.

I just rebuild the library and let scan 10 movies only to test.

Do you see any issues in my configuration?

after rebuilding the library it seems it's working now.

Sorry for causing trouble

Btw. do you have a solution of my problem mentioned in post #25?

There are still no "preview pictures" in the library buttons.

Hello @@Volkmar

I have seen that happen before, but it usually resolves itself after the library has updated; I'm sure its mentioned in another thread on this forum.

Sorry I can't give a precise answer or solution, @@Luke any thoughts?

I would suggest re-evaluating those images with the next release. Thanks.
