Server is Converting Media When Sync is Set to Orginal

I am running Emby Server on Linux. I am using the iOS app.

 

I have created a sync job, I set the Quality to "Original" yet it appears that emby is converting the files (I actually created multiple and this happened in all of them).

 

I have attached Pictures showing that emby is converting the files instead of using the originals. The first picture shows the song Paper Work being converted. The second picture shows that the sync job was set to Original. The third picture shows on the emby server dashboard that it is converting media.

 

I have also attached the logs from the emby server after the sync jobs were complete. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
