No channel search for Live TV?

I setup Live TV with the M3U file.

It has ~400 channels.

 

And tried using search and it did not seem to work on channels ?

 

It'd be a good functionality to consider for future.

I start enter a channel name and get no return.

It seems that items in the TV guide found but no channel names.

you have to search the epg id and not the channel id 

 

for example 

 

if i wanted to search sky cinema hits hd then you would search skycinemahits.uk
