Server Access extremely slow

After completely rebuilding my system with the latest Windows Version I have a strange problem. Accessing the Server over WLAN is almost impossible, no matter if I try it using my smartphone, tablet or FireTV App. The funny thing is, everything else using WLAN is working great, so it's not a matter of general connectivity. I even installed another DLNA Server (Universal Media Server) and it's also working without any problems. But when I try to access the Emby Server, even the preview pictures of the Library are loading very slow, streaming anything is totally impossible.

 

I can't figure out why this is happening. It only happens when using WLAN, I have no problems when using a LAN access. This only started after I reinstalled Windows, before everything was running smooth.

Any ideas what might be the root of this problem?
