iOS Sync Issue

I’m on holiday at the minute, but something is broken with the iOS sync as the films I sync’ed across on to my iPad for my daughter to watch on the plane didn’t work! Server is running 3.6.0.49 and the iPad has the latest stable release. I used the download button on the iPad with the default settings and the 6-7 films seemed to transfer without any issues. When you try and play them on the iPad, they start and then stutter after a few seconds, before crashing with a white screen and back to the iOS home screen.

 

Fortunately the films that were already loaded worked and I didn’t have a grumpy 6 year old to deal with on a 5 hour flight!

Try updating to the  latest version of the server. thanks.
