Auto Organize Not Working?

So it seems this option has to be enabled to work?

Yea, I guess, if the lamp has 2 switches, and one of them has a warning label that using this switch to turn on said lamp could burn down your whole house.....zzzzzz

 

I already had this box checked

 

Which to me, says that auto organize is going to do what its supposed to do... but it didn't.

 

I then checked this box....

 

Which... I guess I figured was optional, since it has the warning labels on it....

 

So ya... not quite a lamp switch for light...
