Live TV Questions

I have started to look into setting up Live TV streaming with Emby, but I have several questions and concerns in regards to it:

1. Does this mean that I can watch Comcast TV through Emby anywhere? Ie. my phone or at work? Facebook Netflix Skype
   
    
   
   
   
2. Would a Hauppauge WinTV-DCR-2650 Tuner be compatible with Emby? Their website lists that only WMC works with it but I've also seen several people talking about that specific tuner on the forums.
   
3. Would I receive all of my channels, except for HBO and Showtime and Stars, channels of that nature?
   

I'll be frank and say I know very little when it comes to cable and CableCards and all that. I do know that I need to get a CableCard from Comcast though and activate once I have setup the Hauppauge, or am I mistaken in that?
