I have put in my m3u and epg information for both services I have but still cannot get them to play. all i get is playback error. I have done the firewall fix and all but still nothing. I paid for monthly premiere to use emby for my live tv but im getting nothing and its frustrating

It doesn’t give me anything it just loads for a very long time and no picture or get a message saying no compatible stream

Can you please provide this information:

• Please attach the server log from the time frame the activity occurred. See the section below titled Emby Server Logs. Please supply the full and complete log file, and avoid attempting to extract relevant sections. Everything is relevant to us. When you attach the log, please also discuss what actions you took, and what the results were.
