Missing Directory?

For some reason when I logged into windows today and the server booted I got this error:

 

"Error attempting to update application."

DirectoryNotFoundException

 

Could not find a part of the path

 

C:\Users\Main\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\system\Mediabrowser.Updater.exe

 

When I looked it turns out that the System directory is completely gone...strange?  I tried to reinstall the server but it didn't install that directory....any suggestions?
